Yarran’s Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made with at least 2 clear business days’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another child who may be waiting for support.

Where less than 2 full business days' notice is given, the full session fee may still apply, in line with NDIS guidelines.

If your child is not at the agreed location or is more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment without prior notice, this may also be considered a late cancellation or no-show, and the full session fee may be charged.

Please note:
The NDIA monitors cancellation patterns and may contact providers where a child has an unusual number of cancellations. Our aim is to work together to ensure services are delivered reliably and in the best interest of your child.

We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we are always open to discussing individual circumstances and how we can best support your child to reduce the likelihood of cancellations in the future.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide consistent, quality support to all the children and families we work with.

If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
